cambio de la prestaci\u00f3n de sus servicios en una determinada empresa. Constituye salario el sueldo fijo del empleado, primas, sobresueldo, bonificaciones habituales, horas extras, horas nocturnas y valores correspondientes a ventas y comisiones. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En pocas palabras, cualquier pago que se le haga al trabajador correspondiente a una contraprestaci\u00f3n de sus servicios, constituye salario. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Debemos decir que el salario fijo, sin duda, es una excelente opci\u00f3n para los trabajadores, ya que este los involucra y los compromete m\u00e1s con la organizaci\u00f3n para la cual trabajan. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Les brinda una estabilidad y seguridad, pues sin importar cu\u00e1l sea su rendimiento laboral,
